Starshine Salon is located at Phenix Salon Suites on the second floor above Carter’s: 61 E City Ave Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. Our room 121 is at the end right hall from the steps or elevator. We’re the first left at the end of that hall.

Parking is free in the shopping center.

Each of our guests must be buzzed in via the call box and each stylist has her own code:
