Due to the salon owner’s child being to young to be vaccinated, we require proof of vaccination for Covid-19 for services. Please be prepared to show us your card at your first or next service. We will make a dated note in your file so that we don’t have to ask you at each appointment. We will not request to save a digital file, but we will request to see proof yearly. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Alternatively, we understand if this is not for you, if so please understand that working together is not for us.
Only Megan’s schedule is regularly available online and she is happily accepting new clients. Grace opens her schedule online as availability opens. Su-Shan’s schedule is not online since there is not a convenient way to prevent new clients from booking, her existing clients can e-mail her with appointment interest at email@example.com.
If you’re scheduling a chemical service followed by a cut and/or style,
please select the chemical first so the scheduler can factor in the
proper process time(most chemicals need to process for 30 minutes
after application). If the system does not show you any options on a
specific day, it is likely that we are fully booked that day.
The software connects and updates from the online scheduler every 15 minutes, and we have to accept each appointment to prevent overbooking. If you don’t get an immediate e-mail confirmation, don’t worry, we’re probably just doing hair and haven’t had a chance to accept it yet.
Disclaimer: Hopefully this is a more convenient way for both you as the client
and the business to schedule. Every so often there is a delay as the software updates. Occasionally, we get multiple requests for the same time. When this occurs, we look at the time signature of the request and accept the one that came in first. We contact the individuals whose requests must be refused and schedule them as close as we can get to the original request.
