Our online booking is not available at this time since we do not yet have a reopen date for the COVID-19 closure. We are also in the process of changing our scheduling software. We will announce on Facebook and Instagram when everything is up & running and reach out to everyone individually who have been postponed.
We are not accepting new clients for a yet to be determined period of time. Upon reopening, everyone who has been postponed will be our priority and we do not yet know when that will calm down. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
If you’re scheduling a chemical service followed by a cut and/or style,
please select the chemical first so the scheduler can factor in the
proper process time(most chemicals need to process for 30 minutes
after application). If the system does not show you any options on a
specific day, it is likely that we are fully booked that day.
The software connects and updates from the online scheduler every 15 minutes, and we have to accept each appointment to prevent overbooking. If you don’t get an immediate e-mail confirmation, don’t worry, we’re probably just doing hair and haven’t had a chance to accept it yet.
Disclaimer: Hopefully this is a more convenient way for both you as the client
and the business to schedule. Every so often there is a delay as the software updates. Occasionally, we get multiple requests for the same time. When this occurs, we look at the time signature of the request and accept the one that came in first. We contact the individuals whose requests must be refused and schedule them as close as we can get to the original request.
